Developed in conjunction with the training departments of major computer reservation systems, airlines, and travel companies, FastForward is an accelerated cross-training system for the primary reservation systems. Using state-of-the-art computer- based training technology, students or trainees master the knowledge and skills required by reservation and ticketing agents to perform efficiently on the job. Specific versions are available for Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus, and Worldspan.

Each lesson consists of computer-assisted instruction in an accurate simulation environment, transforming a standard IBM-compatible computer into a GDS workstation. Automated review tests measure the student's knowledge gains, interpretive skills, and problem-solving abilities.

FastForward is modeled after airline and travel agent training programs.
